To anyone who has been doing yoga before or is a complete beginner, this is the place for you. The instructors are so good and usually organize the class so that both beginners and advanced people can go to the same class, as you are given different options how to do an exercise for example. The instructors are calm, sometimes funny, and motivate you to try try try! After each class I feel like.. I can breath. I recommended this place to so many people, who thought the same and I miss this place so much, as I moved away from London. I am unable to find a place as good and price worthy as this one.
I've never done yoga before that thought I would come along. Kelly Craig was an amazing teacher who took me through the steps and helped me along. I'm excited to come back and learn some more!
I've been doing yoga in various countries and in various styles for 12 years and Fitness on Fire is one of my all time favourites. The teachers are amazing! They know what they're doing and each have their own individual style. Each and every class is different and has a new challenge. I've learned some new postures and reached new depths with more familiar ones. The fees are the most reasonable I've come across in London in 5 years of living here. I only wish I had discovered it sooner 🙂
Amazing yoga teachers!
I have recently been coming to the morning classes at fitness on fire in old street and I have really enjoyed the classes! The teachers are friendly, experienced and give off a great energy so all levels feel welcome!
The classes are really reasonably priced and lots of great membership deals. Definitely the most cost effective place in London to do yoga!
classes run hourly from 7am - 9pm and the studio is open 7 days a week. You sign in online and only need to arrive a few minutes before the class begins - no faff required!
Fitness on Fire Old Street
The teachers and the Yoga classes are great, get there early though to get your spot as classes are really busy mid week and there's not much space in the locker room.
I'm coming to the end of my 30 day trial. I'm very pleased and have decided to continue with Fitness on Fire, at least until I can master downward facing dog. 🙂
Highly recommend studio, good value for money.
I really enjoy classes at Fitness on Fire especially with Denail Rana.
She is fantastic teacher and really hope she will get to teach on regular basis.
